The Technology Team at Nobian is dedicated to common goals like greening and energy transition, aiming for synergy through more efficient use of people and resources. A prime example of Nobian’s empowerment is Alexander Ziel, a technologist at the chlorine plant. He was given the chance to develop his ideas at the brine extraction site into projects to boost brine availability. Alexander recalls, “I was very happy with this and seized the opportunity with both hands. It seemed very interesting to me to do something outside the chlorine plant.”
