Your challenge

As an Application Manager, you are responsible for owning, designing, and delivering services within the SAP Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution modules. You manage stakeholder relationships, addressing their demands from incidents to small projects. Your role involves ensuring quality and consistency with template designs for deployments and keeping IM (Information Management) documentation. You handle integrations between SAP and business partners, as well as logistics service providers. 
You act as a sparring partner for managers, challenging them on tactical and operational levels, and leveraging best practice solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and consistency with template designs for deployments.
  • Maintain up-to-date IM documentation and asset registers for relevant business processes and applications.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and their demands, from incidents to small projects.
  • Handle integrations between SAP and business partners, as well as logistics service providers.
  • Manage incidents and changes, often through the Nobian ticketing system, ServiceNow.

You will be part of our IM organization, reporting into the Head of Application Services and PMO.

Have you got what it takes?

As Application Manager you are a proactive and skilled professional with a strong background in SAP SD and LE modules. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Your ability to build positive relationships and deliver high-quality solutions is essential.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution. Prior consultancy experience is considered a plus.
  • Certification in system maintenance, configuration, or customizing.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes related to standard packages or specific developments.
  • Fluent in English.
