Your challenge
As an Engineering Manager, you maintain and enhance our site’s asset integrity. Your role involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance. Your technical expertise and leadership skills are crucial in solving complex engineering problems and ensuring the reliability and availability of our installations. You also play a key role in long-term asset planning and managing risk-based spare parts strategies. Your ability to balance immediate troubleshooting needs with strategic planning is essential for success in this role
Your responsibities
- Leading, coaching, appraising and developing a team of engineers.
- Establishing appropriate preventive maintenance and inspection plans that satisfy regulatory and business needs and staying abreast of changes in Nobian and statutory requirements.
- Ensuring the reliability and availability of installations through continuous improvement of maintenance concepts.
- Providing engineering support for maintenance, projects, and turnarounds.
- Managing long-term asset planning and risk-based spare parts strategies.
You are part of the Site Asset Management & Technology team, reporting into the Site Asset & Technology Manager, and have a team of around 14 engineers reporting into you

Have you got what it takes?
As Engineering Manager, you have a strong technical background and proven people management experience. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in leading and developing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and asset management.
- Fluency in English & Dutch.
