Your challenge
As Site SAP Key User, you provide SAP training and support for our end users. Your main objective is to provide comprehensive training, create and maintain training materials, and support various processes by providing coaching to end users. You proactively analyze SAP process data to identify areas for improvement and support various continuous improvement projects related to SAP usage. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining a robust key user network both within the Rotterdam site and across Nobian, fostering the development and sharing of best practices.
Your responsibilities
- Serve as the SAP process owner for SAP-PM and SAP-MM, supporting internal Maintenance Reliability Management (MRM), Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) and Technical Material Management (TMM) processes.
- Develop en provide training and coaching to end users, to enhance SAP usage and efficiency.
- Proactively analyze SAP data to support Run, Improve, and Support departments in optimizing SAP processes.
- Maintain and expand the SAP key user network, both internally and externally.
- Support continuous improvements projects related to SAP usage and ensure the rollout of SAP enhancements and best practices.
You will be part of the Support team and report to the Process and Documentation Lead.

Have you got what it takes?
As Site SAP Key User, you have a strong background within a maintenance environment where you are the key user on the SAP-PM module. You are open to feedback, customer-focused, and a role model for safety and compliance. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following points:
- HBO/BSc level education.
- At least 10 years of experience with SAP-PM and SAP-MM.
- Proficiency in delivering training.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- VCA-vol certificate.
