Are you an experienced recruiter specialized in contingent (temporary) labor? Are you a strong negotiator who thrives in managing stakeholder expectations effectively? Then we are looking for you!

Your challenge

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) for Contingent Labor, you ensure that Nobian’s temporary staffing needs are met effectively and efficiently. You play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting and managing contingent workers who are hired for specific projects, expertise or replacements for structural positions or illness. Your role involves strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and vendor management. You oversee the entire recruitment process for contingent labor and stay updated on labor market trends. Your ability to manage relationships with staffing agencies and other external partners is key to maintaining a steady pipeline of quality contingent labor. You ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency and adaptability.

Your responsibilities

  • Identifying temporary staffing needs by working closely with hiring managers based on project requirements and workload.
  • Developing comprehensive assignment descriptions for contingent roles.
  • Use various sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates.
  • Conducting initial screening of applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the selection process if needed.
  • Negotiating contract terms with selected candidates and/or agencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You are part of the Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Have you got what it takes?

As TA Partner Contingent Labor, you have a strong background in contingent labor management. You are confident in working with stakeholders and managing their expectations effectively. Further, you recognize yourself in the following points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position with a focus on contingent labor within a corporate environment or within an agency as a consultant.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
