As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) for Contingent Labor, you ensure that Nobian’s temporary staffing needs are met effectively and efficiently. You play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting and managing contingent workers who are hired for specific projects, expertise or replacements for structural positions or illness. Your role involves strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and vendor management. You oversee the entire recruitment process for contingent labor and stay updated on labor market trends. Your ability to manage relationships with staffing agencies and other external partners is key to maintaining a steady pipeline of quality contingent labor. You ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency and adaptability.
